• ₱2,000 (OSCA/PWD ₱1,600)

• Includes up to 6 voice/video appointments (optional)

Add-ons (requires an active chat plan)

Extra voice/video appointment

• ₱350 (OSCA/PWD ₱280)

In-person check-up

• ₱450 (OSCA/PWD ₱360)

Medical certificate (including forms)

• ₱350 (OSCA/PWD ₱280)

• Digital file only (PDF).

Notes:

• If you are an indigent patient, please send me a private message on Telegram.

• All video appointments can be scheduled on the same day as the request or the next day, subject to availability.

• Unused video appointments will be lost when the chat plan expires.
